Everything that you have planned you're going to put that in a document, so that if you have a team who is helping you do it, you will be on the same page.

We're going to use everything that we have gathered in stage 1 here. By this time, you should have decided which technology you're going to use.

You need to know your budget, your timelines, including when are you gonna launch your test users. This is where you're actually launching.

Once you finished the project it transitions over to Operations Stage. In the Operations stage, you now have members that you actually need to satisfy.
